Refund policy

At Immortal Flair, we want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in resaleable condition

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

  • The original receipt or electronic invoice is included

Earrings – Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.

Refunds

Approved returns may be refunded as either:

  • A cash refund, or

  • A store voucher for the value of the item, redeemable on future purchases

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or voucher instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Worn, damaged, or altered jewellery

  • Items showing normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse

  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards (final sale)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll provide you with return instructions.
