At Immortal Flair, we know you’re excited to receive your jewellery — and we’re committed to getting it to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: delivery timeframes are calculated after processing and may vary depending on your location and courier service selected.

Courier & Delivery Options

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.

You can select your preferred delivery option at checkout based on your needs and budget:

Locker-to-Locker

  • R49

  • 1–4 business days

Locker-to-Door

  • R69

  • 1–4 business days

Express Options (pricing to be confirmed at checkout)

  • Same-Day Express – When tomorrow just won’t do

  • Overnight Delivery – Next business day, by 11am

  • Economy Delivery – Budget-friendly delivery within 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on distance, location, and courier operational factors. Delays can occasionally occur.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over R950

Delivery Requirements

  • A physical street address is required for delivery.

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

  • You can track your parcel via the courier’s tracking portal provided in your confirmation email.

EFT / Bank Deposit Orders

  • EFT or bank deposit orders will only be shipped once payment reflects in our account.

  • If payment is not received within 48 hours of placing your order, the order will be cancelled and stock will be released.
